Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in ad operations, technical account management, or a related field within the gaming, tech, or SaaS industries
  • Strong technical aptitude with experience in integrations, campaign management, and troubleshooting
  • Proficiency in analyzing data sets to derive actionable insights and recommendations
  • Familiarity with BI tools and reporting platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with clients
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent experience is acceptable

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the onboarding process for new Ads and product clients, ensuring seamless integration into the Xsolla platform
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful implementation and launch of advertising campaigns
  • Serve as the primary point of contact during the integration phase, addressing client queries and providing guidance
  • Perform analysis on complex data sets to create actionable insights that maximize revenue opportunities for advertising partners
  • Monitor and optimize active campaigns to ensure they meet client objectives and deliver optimal results
  • Use internal BI tools and other analytics platforms to drive business and process improvements
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts for technical and campaign-related issues, working with both internal and external stakeholders to resolve problems efficiently
  • Communicate issues and solutions clearly to clients while maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Provide proactive recommendations and technical guidance to advertisers to enhance campaign performance
  • Develop a deep understanding of Xsollaโ€™s Ads products and account management operations
  • Act as an expert resource for internal teams and clients, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed about platform capabilities and best practices
  • Partner closely with the Head of Publisher Relations and sales teams to support client expansion and retention efforts
