Responsibilities include campaign execution across various platforms, troubleshooting technical issues, collaborating with product and engineering teams, and providing client training and support. The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of experience in programmatic trading, ad operations, or technical account management, along with in-depth knowledge of demand-side and supply-side platforms. The position offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of AI, behavioral intelligence, and cutting-edge programmatic technology, collaborating with global clients and forward-thinking minds in the ad tech industry. This is a remote position with multiple openings.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in programmatic trading, ad operations, or technical account management
  • In-depth knowledge of demand-side platforms (especially DV360 and The Trade Desk) and supply-side platforms (OpenX, PubMatic, Index Exchange, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of programmatic infrastructure, deal types (PMP, PG, Open Exchange), pixels, tags, and campaign performance metrics
  • Experience with tag managers, tracking scripts, VAST tags, and troubleshooting delivery issues across various environments
  • Ability to interpret data and resolve campaign delivery and platform performance issues quickly and effectively
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical solutions to nontechnical stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Act as the technical point of contact for agency and brand clients using our platform for insight, audience planning, and activation
  • Support campaign execution across platforms like DV360, The Trade Desk, and major SSPs, including OpenX, PubMatic, Index Exchange, etc
  • Set up and manage PMP deals, troubleshoot deal delivery issues, and ensure campaign pipelines run smoothly
  • Resolve tagging, pixel, and ad serving issues with a strong grasp of tracking technologies and third-party measurement
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to surface client feedback and advocate for roadmap improvements
  • Conduct technical onboarding and provide training to client teams to ensure platform adoption and success
  • Maintain technical documentation and operational SOPs for client integrations and platform usage
  • Provide ongoing post-launch support to troubleshoot trading, measurement, or reporting-related issues
