Requirements
- C1/C2 English and Spanish writing and speaking skills
- 1-3 years experience in law, legal assistance, or executive roles (remote preferred)
- Graduated (or soon to graduate) with a college degree
Responsibilities
- Support attorneys and staff with administrative tasks
- Conduct legal research and prepare summaries
- Draft legal documents, manage calendars, and schedule appointments
- Organize and maintain electronic/physical files
- Handle correspondence, travel arrangements, and billing/invoicing
- Liaise with clients, courts, and legal professionals
- Monitor deadlines, assist with document production, and support during trials
- Manage client intake and communications
Preferred Qualifications
- Quiet home office with a desk and office chair
- Stable internet with at least 10 MBPS download & 2 MBPS upload speed
- A laptop/desktop with 8GB RAM, a 1.6GHz processor, and 50GB of free hard-drive space, a headset, and a smartphone
- Access to a backup place of work in case they suffer a power cut or internet failure, as well as a secondary backup internet option (mobile hotspot, Multibam, WiPod, etc.)
