Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator supporting sales, marketing, customer success, or business operations. Prior experience in a SaaS environment is a plus
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is required. Additional certifications in Salesforce or other business systems are a plus
  • Additional admin experience in GTM tech stack is a plus
  • Ability to create technical documentation to support new functionality or process enhancements
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis is a plus
  • Analytical mindset with a high attention to detail
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and process design skills are required. Prior project management experience is a plus
  • Self-starter with excellent communication skills, a demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams, and a proven track record of managing multiple priorities effectively

Responsibilities

  • Work with key stakeholders across the sales, marketing, and customer success organizations to define business problems, document requirements, and design scalable solutions utilizing Salesforce best practices
  • Utilize internal ticketing queue to prioritize and complete requests ranging from strategic business needs to feature requests and bugs
  • Design and implement advanced Salesforce configurations, including flows, custom metadata, complex assignment rules, data hygiene, advanced reporting, and more
  • Support day-to-day operational needs, including troubleshooting, user assistance, data imports, testing, and investigation/maintenance of system issues
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices to proactively provide recommendations for process improvements
  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions to improve user adoption and support best practices
