Summary
Join CA Fortune as a fully remote Administrative Assistant, supporting the National Distributor Management Team. Based in Central America (Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Costa Rica, or Panama), you will manage distributor processes, ensure smooth operations, and contribute to client profitability. Key responsibilities include managing distributor promotional forms, processing price and specification changes, maintaining a complex calendar, assisting with policies and purchase order revisions, communicating with clients, mastering distributor web portals for data analysis, and participating in inter-departmental projects. The ideal candidate possesses excellent organizational and multitasking skills, attention to detail, and 2+ years of office administrative experience (preferred). Strong Microsoft Office skills are essential. Responsibilities
- Manage the completion and submission of distributor promotional forms
- Process product price and specification changes within distributor systems
- Maintain a complex calendar of distributor processes and deadlines
- Assist the support department with distributor policies, purchase order revisions, and trade deduction resolution
- Communicate effectively with client representatives to complete tasks and meet deadlines
- Master distributor web portals, analyzing inventory, item, and sales data to enhance client profitability
- Participate in inter-departmental projects to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) set by clients
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of office administrative experience (preferred)
- Experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG) is a plus
- Experience with Grocers Supply, KeHE, or UNFI is a plus
