Summary
Join Keller Executive Search as an Administrative Assistant and provide essential support to executive search professionals. Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations. Maintain filing systems and manage documents. Conduct research to assist with candidate sourcing and client needs. Requirements
- Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Works well independently and in a team

Responsibilities
