Summary

The job is for a Spanish Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join a growing team immediately. Duties include document filing, email management, travel arrangements, customer service, market research, and creating presentations. Qualifications include at least 1-year experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role with excellent English and Spanish communication skills, solid organizational skills, time management skills, ability to work on a US time zone shift, experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets, knowledge of online calendars and scheduling, excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills, proactive attitude, and tech savviness. Technical requirements include a USB headset with noise cancellation feature, working webcam, primary and backup computer with at least i5 to i7 processor and 8GB RAM, main internet service speed of at least 25 Mbps wired connection, and backup internet service speed of at least 10 Mbps.
