Requirements
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with moderate to advanced skills in Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data visualization)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on clear and effective communication both verbally and in writing
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Discretion and professionalism are required when handling sensitive information
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
