Summary

Join Telix Pharmaceuticals as an Administrative Coordinator to support the U.S. Commercial Team. You will play a key role in supporting administrative responsibilities, including off-site meeting planning, purchase order management, expense report submission for Commercial VPs, and planning off-site dinners. Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience required
  • Confident communication (written and verbal)
  • Strong proficiency across Microsoft Office suite
  • Exposure to broad range of administrative and general office responsibilities such as bookkeeping, customer service, event planning, and local vendor management
  • Ability to act with discretion and maintain confidentiality
  • Comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the smooth and efficient execution of administrative operations, maintaining a high level of professionalism and contributing to a productive work environment
  • Provide expert management of expense reporting for U.S. Commercial Vice Presidents, demonstrating strong attention to detail and financial acumen
  • Oversee the purchase order and invoice management process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to company policies
  • Work in close collaboration with the Executive Administration Lead - Americas, contributing to the effective implementation of key operational initiatives
