Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience required
- Confident communication (written and verbal)
- Strong proficiency across Microsoft Office suite
- Exposure to broad range of administrative and general office responsibilities such as bookkeeping, customer service, event planning, and local vendor management
- Ability to act with discretion and maintain confidentiality
- Comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels
Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth and efficient execution of administrative operations, maintaining a high level of professionalism and contributing to a productive work environment
- Provide expert management of expense reporting for U.S. Commercial Vice Presidents, demonstrating strong attention to detail and financial acumen
- Oversee the purchase order and invoice management process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to company policies
- Work in close collaboration with the Executive Administration Lead - Americas, contributing to the effective implementation of key operational initiatives
