Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or a recent graduate
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Proactive and willing to take initiative
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Must be based in the Philippines

Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on various job boards and social media
  • Screen CV/resumes/portfolios and shortlist potential candidates based on job requirements
  • Study the different talent markets across Asia, Europe, and the Americas and identify hiring strategies with the rest of the HR team
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives such as career page updates and social media posts
  • Communicate professionally with candidates and provide timely updates
  • Support the HR team in organizing recruitment events, job fairs, or mass hiring drives
  • Conduct initial HR screening calls (as applicable)
  • Contribute to HR strategy and process improvements
  • Provide general HR support as needed
