Requirements
- 4-5 years of creative project management experience with a focus on digital production and digital design
- Basic Photoshop proficiency: you can make minor changes, such as text edits
- Experience working with others to implement processes, systems, and tools that increase accuracy, effectiveness, and efficiency
- Able to manage up and across to secure what you need to get the job done
- Demonstrated commitment to anti-racism, equity, and inclusion
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively to gain trust and give respect to others through honesty, integrity, kindness, empathy, and authenticity
- Acute attention to detail and demonstrated ability to prioritize time to meet deadlines for multiple projects
- Proven track record to successfully pick up new skills, including learning new technologies
- Drive to seek what can be improved and offer ways to fix any potential roadblocks
- Comfort admitting what you donβt know and recognizing that feedback is part of the learning process
- Strong ability to relay your ideas clearly verbally and in writing
- Able to work within equitable and inclusive decision making models in moving decisions and initiatives forward
Responsibilities
- Work directly with digital designers, outside vendors, client teams, and clients to route advertising and other creative from conception through approval
- Do a thorough and detailed review of creative to ensure it incorporates all direction, feedback, and is within our clients' brand guidelines
- Use our internal task management systems to manage teams to meet all deadlines
- Develop and maintain internal processes to improve the creative process that are focused on efficiency and high quality work
- Maintain M+Rβs creative portfolio and our internal database of creative examples/inspiration
- Handle basic creative edits and management tasks within advertising and other platforms, for example making simple copy edits in Photoshop
- Do your part to help us run smoothly, including carefully tracking all of your hours
Preferred Qualifications
- Agency experience, including direct client management
- Familiarity with creative best practices for direct response advertising
- Familiarity managing rich media/HTML5/video projects
- Familiarity with tools like Swayable, Bannersnack, and Smartly
