Summary
Join Underdog, the fastest-growing sports gaming company, as their Affiliate Manager! You will be responsible for developing and managing a top-tier affiliate marketing program. This involves recruiting and managing affiliates to boost customer acquisition and key performance indicators (KPIs). The ideal candidate is highly motivated, results-oriented, and possesses proven affiliate marketing experience. You will report to the Senior Director of Media and will play a key role in Underdog's continued growth. The role offers a competitive salary, equity, and excellent benefits. Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably within real money gaming
- Proven track record of success managing Affiliate programs
- Strong understanding of attribution and marketing technologies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong project management skills with high attention to detail
- Passionate about performance marketing and making a positive difference through your work
Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit potential Affiliates that will achieve acquisition and broader marketing/business goals
- Develop, implement and manage best practices across compensation structures, promotions, creative, performance management and resourcing
- Manage Affiliate onboarding, quality assurance and performance management processes including on-boarding, reporting, insights, optimizations, forecasting and budget stewardship
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Affiliates and tech partners
- Provide Affiliates with the necessary tools and resources to succeed, such as tracking, tech connectivity, creative/promotional assets and legal/compliance requirements
- Resolve external and internal Affiliate issues and inquiries promptly and professionally
- Track key affiliate marketing metrics, including website traffic, conversions, revenue, payback and cost per acquisition (CPA)
- Analyze affiliate performance data to identify and execute areas for improvement
- Generate regular reports on Affiliate program performance for internal stakeholders
- Stay abreast of the latest Affiliate news, competitive intelligence, technologies, best practices
- Research and explore new Affiliate opportunities and channels
- Attend conferences and meetings with Affiliates
- Collaborate with the creative, analytics, product and content teams to ensure seamless program execution and alignment with overall business goals
- Manage finance processes inclusive of billing/invoicing, forecasting
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
