Summary

The job is for an Affiliate Marketing Expert at TJC, a retailer specializing in jewellery, home, beauty, fashion, gemstones, and lifestyle accessories. The role involves managing paid media strategies across the online store tjc.co.uk and owning the PPC strategy and execution. This is a remote or onsite position.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience actively managing Affiliate Marketing & Google Ads
• Problem-solving mentality to overcome obstacles and find solutions
• Good project management skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
• Strong experience in Google Shopping & Merchant Centre
• Proven knowledge of Google Analytics
• Strong Excel skills
• Very good written and verbal communication skills
• Responsibility taker, initiative for actions, projects and people

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an affiliate marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to align affiliate activities with overall business goals
• Implement tracking and reporting systems to measure campaign effectiveness
• Analyse campaign performance to make data-driven decisions for optimisation
• Set commission structures that align with company objectives and industry standards
• Identify, recruit and build relationships with partners to expand the affiliate network
• Plan and optimise paid shopping/search/display campaigns for the business
• Analyse & build audience list for various remarketing campaigns including search & display

Preferred Qualifications

Holding a Google AdWords Certification will be an asset
