Summary

The job at Xero is for the Head of Affiliate Marketing & New Channels. The role involves developing and executing an affiliate marketing strategy, managing affiliate partners, content development, performance analytics, tracking and reporting, and leading the selection and early development of new channels. The candidate should have extensive experience in growth/performance marketing, building affiliate programs from the ground up, and scaling channels like TikTok, Reddit, etc. SQL knowledge is highly preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree
• Extensive experience in growth/performance marketing
• Previous experience building affiliate programs from the ground up
• Previous experience scaling channels like TikTok, Reddit, etc
• SQL knowledge highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy aligned with company goals
• Identify target publishers and define target payouts
• Recruit, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, agencies, and networks to expand the affiliate program effectively
• Collaborate with affiliate partners on content creation and promotional activities to ensure brand consistency and alignment with company messaging
• Regularly analyze and report on affiliate marketing performance using data and analytics tools
• Partner with analytics to build advanced tracking based on predictive-LTV models, evolve our revenue share models, and measure incrementally
• Identify, size, and test new channels across multiple markets
• Recruit and grow a team of specialists
