Affiliate Marketing Manager

You will manage high-volume affiliate campaigns and budgets, collaborating with top-tier partners. Responsibilities include relationship management, campaign analysis and optimization, partner recruitment, compliance, market monitoring, brand representation, strategic collaboration, performance reporting, and program ownership. This full-time role offers home working flexibility and a competitive compensation package. We are seeking a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in affiliate networks or online advertising, demonstrated success in improving affiliate programs, and familiarity with various tracking and analytical tools. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a passion for data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience working in an affiliate network or online advertising industry
• Demonstrated success in improving affiliate programs that led to increased revenue or profitability
• Familiarity with tracking solutions such as HasOffers, Affise, Cake, or custom in-house systems, including practical experience setting up ping-posts, postbacks, etc
• Familiarity with tools like AdSpy, SimilarWeb, SEMrush, ad transparency, and other monitoring platforms
• Experience using BI tools for data analysis and performance reporting
• Solid understanding of the online advertising market, including traffic sources, verticals, and monetization models
• Fluent English for effective communication with partners and stakeholders
• A strong affinity for data and analytics, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies

Responsibilities

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing affiliate partners by providing exceptional support and timely communication about updates, changes, and opportunities
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure profitability and scalability, identifying areas for improvement and testing new approaches
• Identify, target, and recruit new affiliate partners to expand our network and drive revenue growth
• Ensure affiliate partners adhere to compliance standards, and maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation for contracts, agreements, and campaign details
• Stay ahead of industry trends by researching competitors, market innovations, emerging traffic sources, and best practices to continually refine and enhance our affiliate program
• Raise brand awareness by attending industry conferences, forums, and other networking events, both locally and internationally
• Work cross-functionally with internal departments to align on strategic initiatives, ensuring an optimized affiliate funnel and efficient budget allocation
• Provide regular reports on key performance metrics (KPIs), trends, and insights to senior management, recommending strategies for growth and improvement
• Lead the design and continuous improvement of our affiliate program, focusing on delivering long-term value to partners and customers while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous work in the home improvement or any lead gen industries in the US
• Experience attending and representing a brand at industry events or conferences
• Experience working with at least one major affiliate network
