You will be the primary point of contact for low-touch agencies, assisting with onboarding, troubleshooting, and compliance. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. You will contribute directly to the company's top-line goals by managing agency relationships and supporting growth initiatives. Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in the transportation segment
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with internal & external stakeholders

Responsibilities
- Resolve inquiries from agents, brokers, and insureds, acting as the first point of contact for low touch agencies
- Assist in onboarding new agencies, offices, and agents, ensuring seamless transitions with clear expectations
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to create and manage troubleshooting/problem resolution SOPs
- Coordinate regular Salesforce updates including agency profile details and roster changes
- Monitor compliance and assist in updating required agency/producer licensing documentation
- Triage Business Development inbox inquiries
- Support the Business Development team in managing growth initiatives. Ex: Engage producers on submission follow-up, book reviews
- Work with the Business Operations team to monitor/report out on incentive programs
