Agency Partner Manager

Summary
Join AfterShip, a Great Place to Work Certified company, as an Agency Partner Manager to build and grow a high-performing ecosystem of marketing, development, and eCommerce agencies. You will own the full partner lifecycle, from identifying and recruiting agencies to onboarding, enablement, and joint marketing initiatives. This highly collaborative role requires working closely with various teams, including Sales, Account Executives, Account Managers, Marketing, and Customer Success. The position is remote, with a preference for candidates in Toronto, LA, NY, or SF, and may require flexible hours to support agencies globally. Occasional travel (up to 15%) is expected for partner meetings and events. This role offers the opportunity to significantly impact the business and work with fantastic teams.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or agency management, preferably in the SaaS or eCommerce space
- Strong understanding of the agency ecosystem (digital marketing, Shopify/BigCommerce/Adobe Commerce service partners, etc.)
- Proven track record of building and scaling partner relationships that drive measurable business impact
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Experience collaborating with sales and marketing teams to drive GTM alignment
- Familiarity with CRM and partner management tools (e.g.,HubSpot, PartnerStack, Crossbeam)
Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential agency partners, establishing strong relationships with agency leadership and client-facing teams
- Define joint value propositions and develop strategic business plans that align with partner capabilities and client needs
- Drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth through co-selling, lead generation, and close collaboration with the sales team
- Build scalable enablement programs including training, certifications, sales collateral, and incentive initiatives in partnership with marketing
- Track and analyze partner performance, pipeline contribution, and KPIs using tools like HubSpot and Tableau, providing insights to internal stakeholders
