Join Lemonade as an Agency Partner Manager and play a pivotal role in scaling our presence in the independent agency channel. You will focus on expanding our reach through existing and new agency partnerships, driving revenue growth, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve the agent experience. Responsibilities include developing and executing an agency expansion strategy, managing the full lifecycle of agency partnerships, leading product expansion, leveraging data for decision-making, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with internal teams. This role requires 3+ years of experience in the personal lines industry, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to work remotely. A proven track record in business development and experience in the Texas market are preferred. Lemonade offers a competitive salary range of $120,000-$130,000 plus equity and benefits.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in the personal lines industry, with a proven track record in business development; experience in the Texas market preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, or related field

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an agency expansion and management strategy that maximizes sustainable growth
- Own the full lifecycle of agency partnerships, including prospecting, onboarding, performance management, and troubleshooting
- Lead product expansion across new and existing partnerships
- Leverage CRM applications and Looker to track and analyze engagement, performance, and strategic initiatives, ensuring data-driven decision making and continuous optimization
- Proactively analyze market trends and competitor actions, reporting out insights that drive innovation and improvements
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Actuarial, Customer Experience (CX), Insurance Product, Operations, and Underwriting to align strategies and maximize channel performance
Benefits
Lemonade's US base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000-$130,000 equity + benefits
