Summary

Join Wonderschool as a Senior Strategic Accounts Manager to cultivate strong relationships with key government and nonprofit partners. The ideal candidate possesses 5-8+ years of experience in account management within government or education-focused organizations, along with strong project management and data analysis skills.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or partner success, ideally with government or education-focused organizations
  • Exceptional relationship management and communication skills β€” you know how to build trust, navigate complex organizations, and drive outcomes
  • Experience working with or within public agencies
  • Strong project management capabilities β€” able to juggle multiple initiatives and keep stakeholders aligned
  • Data-first and revenue-driven, with a focus on leveraging data to drive adoption and growth

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow relationships with a portfolio of government and nonprofit strategic accounts, from onboarding through renewal and expansion
  • Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for your partners, developing a deep understanding of their goals and how Wonderschool supports them
  • Lead cross-functional execution, coordinating internal teams to deliver on partner success β€” from product delivery and reporting to training and change management
  • Drive partner satisfaction and retention, using data, feedback, and a consultative approach to ensure alignment and results
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to identify and drive expansion opportunities within existing accounts
  • Serve as the voice of the partner internally, helping inform product and service improvements

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with or selling into local or state government agencies
