AI Agent Implementation Intern

Summary

Join Spot AI, a rapidly growing Video AI company, as an AI Agent Implementation Intern through the DoD SkillBridge program. This unpaid internship offers remote or on-site opportunities in San Francisco or Lehi, Utah. As an intern, you will play a key role in delivering Video AI Agents to customers, working closely with various teams. You will translate business needs into technical solutions, work cross-functionally, and contribute to improving implementation processes. This internship provides valuable experience in customer success within the tech industry, bridging military skills with civilian roles. You will continue receiving your military pay and benefits while gaining valuable industry experience. The internship is designed for junior military officers (O1-O3 or equivalent) interested in customer-facing work and technical implementation.

Requirements

• You’re currently active-duty military and approved (or eligible to be approved) for the DoD SkillBridge program
• You’ve developed a sharp ability to connect technical tools to real-world problems
• You can learn fast and move even faster—without sacrificing quality
• You know how to work across teams and aren’t afraid to jump into ambiguity
• You’ve got a strong foundation in customer-facing work, technical implementation, or AI/ML concepts (bonus if it’s video-related)

Responsibilities

• Own implementation and delivery of Video AI Agents for customer deployments
• Translate complex business problems into clear technical solutions
• Evangelize our tech and establish credibility with customer stakeholders
• Work cross-functionally to gather feedback, drive improvements, and ensure customers are seeing real outcomes from what we deliver
• Help define what “implementation excellence” looks like at Spot AI—and shape the future of the role
• Jump into the unknown and figure things out quickly and collaboratively
