• Exceptional analytical skills to identify challenges and develop innovative AI-driven solutions
• Upper-Intermediate English

Responsibilities

• Drive automation initiatives by developing and integrating AI tools tailored to departmental needs
• Build, implement, and maintain conversational AI chatbots to enhance user experience and streamline operations
• Develop comprehensive knowledge guides and create a "spider of knowledge" system that connects and organizes departmental data efficiently
• Conduct basic coding tasks to build or adapt tools, ensuring seamless functionality and integration with existing processes
• Implement APIs effectively, understanding their outputs, and translating them into actionable insights for the department
• Go beyond simply identifying AI tools; customize and deploy them for maximum value within the organization
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand challenges and design AI-driven solutions that meet strategic goals
• Build, audit, and integrate data structures in various tools to surface high-level signal
