• Deliver the following: Ready to use tool for content analysis powered by machine learning; Technical documentation. User manual. User training curriculum. One pilot user training session for IREX staff

Responsibilities

• Create a ready-to-use tool for conducting media content analysis based on IREX’s Media Content Analysis codebook
• Use machine learning to automate content analysis
• Analyze content in English, Spanish, and Russian
• Be based on Co-Pilot studio or comparable software. IREX will cover the cost of software licensing
• Be operable by IREX employees with no or little technical background and with minimal training required
