Summary

Superside is seeking an AI Creative Lead to integrate Generative AI into creative processes, enhance productivity, and optimize workflows. The role involves testing and implementing AI tools, refining templates, conducting training sessions, collaborating with departments, automating tasks, assessing the impact of AI integrations, gathering insights on tool effectiveness, monitoring industry trends, and supporting the tracking and reporting of Productivity.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of designing, rolling out, and training efficiency improvements from the use of templates, tools or integration of AI within creative workflows
  • Advanced experience using Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT and MidJourney
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, managing multiple projects and stakeholders with ease
  • A strong commitment to mentoring and skill development, capable of inspiring creativity and innovation within the team
  • Data-driven, structured and action-oriented work approach
  • Technical skills with the ability to implement plug-ins, templates, integrations, scripts or other forms of automation into Superside’s ecosystem
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable AI-driven creative strategies
  • Exceptional English communication skills, capable of articulating complex AI concepts to non-technical team members and stakeholders
  • A forward-thinking mindset, with a constant drive to challenge the status quo and push the boundaries of what is possible with AI in the creative domain
  • Solid understanding of Dynamic Creative Optimization, Real-Time Marketing tools and Automation platforms such as Bannerflow, Storyteq, Canva, Celtra, Smartly etc

Responsibilities

  • Test, evaluate, and implement cutting-edge AI tools to streamline content creation and automate workflows, enhancing productivity
  • Refine and manage creative templates and resources, ensuring they leverage AI for increased efficiency and dynamism
  • Conduct training sessions and development programs focused on the effective use of AI in digital advertising
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify AI solutions for productivity challenges
  • Implement new processes, plug-ins, integrations, and more to increase creative craft across ad solutions
  • Automate and standardize repetitive tasks within Figma and After Effects to enable creativity, utilizing AI where possible
  • Assess the impact of AI integrations on the quality of creative output and team productivity
  • Gather insights and input on AI tool effectiveness, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning
  • Monitor and report on industry trends in AI and creative technologies
