Requirements

• Ability to understand the customer’s long-term business goals and translate them into super ambitious and short actionable plans that drive success
• Deep understanding of AI technologies, LLMs, ML, NLP, and their applications in production environments
• A strong track record of building and deploying multiple AI systems in production

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal and external customers to understand their long-term goals and distill them into ambitious, actionable plans that drive success
• Own the vision and roadmap for AI-driven products, identifying opportunities to solve real-world customer problems in blockchain intelligence
• Lead the technical implementation of AI systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and long-term sustainability while managing technical debt

Comfortable with ambiguity, adaptable to failure, and driven by customer success rather than technical perfection
