Requirements

• Proven experience in developing and implementing AI governance frameworks
• Deep understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation strategies, and responsible AI principles
• Strong knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and their implications for AI
• Familiarity with AI security best practices and risk management techniques
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in law, computer science, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Consult and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, legal, and IT, to ensure responsible AI development and deployment
• Advise on AI-related legal and regulatory compliance, including data privacy, intellectual property, and consumer protection laws
• Conduct AI risk assessments to identify potential biases, ethical concerns, and security vulnerabilities
• Develop and implement AI governance frameworks, policies, and procedures aligned with industry best practices and ethical considerations
• Provide guidance on mitigating risks associated with AI implementation, including data breaches, algorithmic bias, and reputational damage
• Develop and deliver training programs on AI governance, ethics, and compliance for SweetRush employees and clients
• Stay abreast of emerging AI regulations, trends, and best practices to provide cutting-edge guidance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI explainability and interpretability techniques (e.g. understanding how Artificial Intelligence (AI) makes decisions) and applying these to client solutions
• Knowledge of AI-related HR processes and technologies
• Familiarity with AI auditing and compliance frameworks
• Advanced degree (e.g., JD, Master's) or relevant certifications in the learning and development industry and CIPP, CIPM
