Summary

Join Nagarro, a global digital product engineering company, and develop practical concepts along the entire data value chain, from data foundation to analytics and generative AI. Assess organizational maturity in data management and data & AI literacy, identifying potentials and challenges. Advise companies on their journey to becoming data-driven organizations, including identifying potentials, analyzing technical and organizational requirements, and presenting business value. Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand requirements and communicate solutions effectively. Design, develop, and implement data solutions using modern cloud services and platforms like Databricks and Snowflake. Accompany transformation projects from strategy to implementation of new data & AI use cases. Conduct workshops and presentations for decision-makers.

Requirements

• Completed studies in business informatics, computer science, data science, industrial engineering or a comparable degree program
• 5-10 years of professional experience in comparable positions
• Sound understanding of the data value chain from data engineering, analytics, machine learning to the use of generative AI
• Proficient in modern data architectures and cloud-native solutions, with hands-on experience in AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, and Snowflake. Skilled in designing, building, and optimizing scalable data pipelines and data lakes
• Experienced in Python and SQL for data engineering and machine learning tasks
• Strong understanding of data governance and AI regulations, with the ability to implement necessary structures and processes to ensure compliance and data integrity
• Analytical thinking and a structured way of working, coupled with a high level of customer orientation
• Flexibility and willingness to travel in order to accompany sales activities and customer projects on site
• Very good written and spoken German and English

Responsibilities

• Develop practical concepts along the entire data value chain, from the data basis to analytics and the use of generative AI
• Assess the maturity level of organizations in the area of data management and data & AI literacy and locate the potentials and challenges along the data value chain
• Advise companies on the development towards data-driven organizations, including identification of potentials, analysis and derivation of technical and organizational requirements as well as presentation of business added value
• Communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders from business and IT at different hierarchical levels of clients in order to understand requirements and communicate solutions in a targeted manner
• Design, develop and implement data solutions in collaboration with Nagarro experts using modern cloud services, especially hyperscaler technologies and integrated data platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake
• Accompany transformation projects from strategy development and implementation to the introduction and application of new data & AI use cases
• Conduct workshops and presentations for decision-makers in the context of sales and project situations
