Summary

Requirements

  • Experience building, designing, and/or delivering software and services as part of a cross-functional technology team
  • Hands-on experience applying AI to real-world problems, particularly in civic tech, social impact work, healthcare, or education
  • Comfortable operating in complex and ambiguous environment
  • Interest in contributing to Agile Six’s emerging AI Community of Practcice
  • Familiar with data governance, model evaluation, and responsible use of AI
  • Work authorization and residency in the United States for 3 out of the last 5 years (we are unable to sponsor candidates at this time)
  • Willingness to travel occasionally

Responsibilities

  • Leverage AI to help build and improve user-centric, accessible government software and services
  • Work across disciplines to contribute to shared (product, design, engineering, delivery) goals
  • Prototype and evaluate products, services, and systems using human-centered and hypothesis-driven approaches
  • Share learnings across teams to grow the collective practice of ethical AI at Agile Six

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with the US Web Design System
  • Familiarity with Section-508 and WCAG 2.1AA Accessibility requirements, standards, and testing tools
  • You are a U.S. Veteran
