Summary

Join Counterpart Health as a Product Manager to lead the development of an AI-powered scribing solution. You will lead a pod of engineers, clinicians, data scientists, and designers to improve the existing AI scribing workflow and integrate with other solutions. The goal is to save clinicians time on documentation and improve the user experience. You will be responsible for the product lifecycle, from roadmap and research to development and successful landings. Success in this role involves launching normal pod operations, shipping meaningful work, and understanding value-based care. You will also articulate the value of the pod's work through metrics and dashboards.

Requirements

  • You have a minimum of 2 years of product experience
  • You have a minimum of 4 years of experience in primary care provider workflows or driving innovation in healthtech, including experience in startups, digital health solutions, or emerging technologies
  • You have experience being part of an empowered product organization
  • You are proficient with SQL and data analytics
  • You own outcomes. Product launches are fun, but seeing the impact of the pod’s work driving improved patient outcomes is what motivates you
  • You possess strong knowledge of outpatient clinical documentation processes and how this manifests in EHR platforms (e.g. templates, macros, provider preferences)

Responsibilities

  • Be a leader on a pod with the product ‘triad’: product, design, engineering, and data science. As a healthcare product, we also deeply integrate and coordinate with our clinical teams (MDs, NPs, RNs, MAs, coders, billers, etc.)
  • Be the subject matter expert on the pod for all things relating to our user, business, and industry
  • Be the subject matter expert on primary care physician workflows and documentation for the pod
  • Focus on identifying and solving the highest impact areas both for our users and our business simultaneously by leveraging ambient scribing and conversational user experiences
  • Iteratively improve the product, finding ways to deliver customer value as early as possible in the development process
  • Articulate how the pod can measure the progress it’s making; if you can’t measure it, you can’t describe how you’ve moved it
  • Be accountable for the outcomes of the pod, finding solutions to problems and enabling the success of the pod

Preferred Qualifications

You have familiarity with ambient scribing technologies (understanding of building products with GenAI/LLM strongly preferred)
