Senior Product Manager, AI Website Builder

Summary

Join Luxury Presence as a Senior Product Manager to lead the AI-driven transformation of our website builder. You will be responsible for defining the product vision, roadmap, and execution of this key strategic initiative, shaping how AI interfaces with design systems and content generation. This role involves leading discovery, developing success metrics, ensuring incremental wins, and collaborating with a dedicated team. You will make strategic decisions around legacy platform transformation and engage directly with customers and internal users. Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 2–3 years owning major 0 → 1 initiatives
• Proven success building AI-powered products , with a deep understanding of LLMs, GenAI UX patterns, and prompt-driven workflows
• Demonstrated ability to lead product strategy, define MVP scope, and deliver iterative outcomes in fast-paced environments
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, designers, and data analysts
• Startup experience — you thrive in ambiguity and enjoy moving fast without a safety net
• Track record of delivering value early and often , not just managing long-term moonshots
• Excellent communicator and collaborator who can align stakeholders
• Deep empathy for user workflows and pain points

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for bringing our vision of AI-powered website creation & management to life — enabling us to launch stunning, high-performance, easy-to-maintain websites more quickly and with dramatically less effort
• Start in early discovery and grow the product from 0→1, owning the roadmap, strategy, and execution
• Shape how AI interfaces with design systems, content generation, site architecture, and performance…all while balancing the needs of future customers and our over 15,000 existing customers and 50,000 websites built on our current platform
• Lead discovery and execution of the AI-transformation of our website builder
• Define the product vision and roadmap for AI-assisted website creation — balancing innovation with usability and business impact
• Develop metrics and goals to track success across areas such as client satisfaction, site quality, site marketing performance, and internal efficiency
• Ensure delivery of incremental, high-impact wins — avoiding long development cycles without visible output
• Collaborate with a dedicated team , starting with a staff-level engineer and growing to a full team of 2–5 engineers, plus design resources
• Make and implement key strategic decisions around legacy platform transformation, migration and/or coexistence
• Partner closely with design, engineering, data analysis, onboarding, fulfillment, and customer success teams
• Engage directly with customers and internal users to validate hypotheses, gather insights, and test prototypes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with visual builders, CMS platforms , or design systems is a strong plus
• Experience working on tools used by both internal teams and clients is a plus, but not required
• Familiarity with the real estate industry is a bonus, but not required
