Requirements

  • Experience running & growing a YouTube channel
  • Proven experience as a content creator, producer, or editor (portfolio required)
  • Strong writing skills for scripts, captions, and engaging social media copy
  • A great sense of humor
  • Proficiency in video production tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut
  • Experience creating platform-specific content for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and LinkedIn
  • Strong understanding of storytelling principles to create engaging, shareable content
  • Ability to manage multiple projects from concept to delivery in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with content analytics and performance tracking tools
  • Tactical social strategist

Responsibilities

  • Concept and develop content ideas that align with brand goals and audience interests
  • Write compelling scripts, captions, and copy optimized for social platforms
  • Produce and edit short-form and long-form video content tailored for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, and LinkedIn
  • Oversee the full content lifecycle: concepting, scripting, editing, and publishing
  • Monitor trends in social media, content formats, and audience preferences to inform creative strategies
  • Post content regularly across platforms and track performance metrics to optimize for reach, engagement, and growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure messaging, tone, and style align with overall brand strategy
  • Engage with audience across social media

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in industries like Fintech, Ecommerce, or B2B
  • Experience running a YouTube channel
  • Have a creative mindset and can quickly turn ideas into polished, engaging content
  • Are skilled at balancing conceptual thinking with hands-on execution

  • Are comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines
