Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience creating, editing, and managing social media content
  • Strong communication skills with an outgoing and engaging personality suitable for on-screen presentations
  • Proficiency in smartphone content creation tools and basic editing software
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Excellent understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience behavior
  • A creative portfolio or examples of previous work that demonstrate your skills (required)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and produce engaging, high-quality social media content (short-form and long-form) using a smartphone, including videos, reels, and images
  • Act as the on-screen talent for tutorials, product announcements, and community updates, showcasing an engaging and approachable persona
  • Plan, shoot, and edit content independently, leveraging tools like Adobe Premiere Rush, Canva, or similar platforms
  • Manage and grow our presence across platforms like Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
  • Schedule, publish, and monitor posts to ensure consistent branding and messaging
  • Respond to comments, direct messages, and community inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our community by actively participating in conversations and fostering a welcoming environment
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers or brand ambassadors to expand our reach
  • Monitor and analyze community feedback to inform content strategies
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall campaigns and goals
  • Stay up-to-date on trends and best practices in social media and content creation
  • Track performance metrics and generate reports to measure engagement and reach

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with AI tools and techniques for content optimization and creation is a bonus but not required
  • Familiarity with cryptocurrency and blockchain technology is a bonus but not required
