Summary

Join TXI as an AI Solutions Engineer and bridge the gap between complex AI technologies and tangible business outcomes. Requirements

  • Strong engineering background with hands-on experience building, deploying, and implementing AI solutions
  • Technical proficiency in AI approaches, frameworks, programming languages, and development tools (e.g., LLM, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Python, LangChain)
  • Experience with AI engineering practices, including model training, evaluation, and deployment
  • Ability to explain complex technical ideas simply, without jargon, to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience guiding AI projects from concept to implementation with measurable results
  • Strong understanding of business problems to quantify the impact of technical solutions
  • Problem-solving skills to adapt AI approaches to unique client challenges
  • Knowledge of responsible AI principles and practices, including security, ethics, bias mitigation, explainability, and privacy
  • Willingness to identify knowledge gaps and research solutions independently
  • Ability to balance sales support responsibilities with billable project delivery
  • Collaborative mindset to work with clients, business development teams, and delivery teams

  • Bridge AI and Business Value : Partner with clients to identify high-impact opportunities where AI can solve business challenges and deliver measurable outcomes
  • Architect Innovative AI Solutions : Design and develop custom AI implementations that address complex client problems while balancing technical feasibility, business requirements, and responsible AI principles
  • Translate Complex AI Concepts : Communicate technical capabilities in clear, business-focused language that resonates with clients and builds TXI's credibility as an AI innovation partner
  • Create Compelling Demonstrations : Develop proof-of-concept prototypes and demos that showcase AI possibilities and help clients envision transformative solutions
  • Guide Responsible AI Implementation : Ensure all solutions adhere to ethical AI principles addressing security, privacy, bias mitigation, and transparency
  • Drive Project Success : Contribute expertise throughout the client journey - from initial scoping and estimation through development and knowledge transfer
  • Stay at the Cutting Edge : Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies, capabilities, and limitations to identify new client opportunities and enhance TXI's AI service offerings
  • Support Sales Enablement : Equip our demand team with the tools, insights, and technical validation they need to confidently discuss AI solutions with clients
  • Cultivate Client AI Capabilities : Build sustainable AI adoption by supporting knowledge transfer and upskilling client teams
  • Empower Sales Excellence : Enable our demand team to confidently articulate AI value propositions and technical capabilities during pre-sales and client conversations
  • Drive Client Understanding and Value : Ensure clients have clear comprehension of AI solutions and receive measurable, tangible business outcomes that exceed expectations
  • Maintain Strong Utilization : Achieve consistent billability targets when engaged on client implementations while balancing strategic activities
  • Build Our Portfolio : Deliver exemplary AI solutions that serve as compelling case studies and reference points for future business development
  • Expand Our AI Capabilities : Contribute meaningfully to the growth of our AI capabilities through increased revenue, enhanced capabilities, and market differentiation
