Join Pallon, a company modernizing city infrastructure with cutting-edge AI, as an AI Solutions Sales Executive. You will play a critical role in scaling our impact by bringing our AI-powered platform to city utilities, infrastructure operators, and engineering firms across South and East Germany. Your mission is to introduce the future of infrastructure maintenance to decision-makers and help them understand how Pallon’s AI can transform their operations. This involves building a pipeline of prospects, leading discovery conversations, delivering tailored demos, negotiating and closing deals, and documenting activity in HubSpot. You will collaborate with product and marketing teams and focus on high-value strategic accounts. The role requires a strong track record of closing deals and exceeding quotas in outbound sales roles, selling technically sophisticated solutions, and fluency in German and English.

Requirements

  • 3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in AI, SaaS, infrastructure tech, or industrial innovation
  • A strong track record of closing $25K+ deals and exceeding quota in outbound sales roles
  • Experience selling technically sophisticated solutions to operational or engineering teams
  • A consultative, ROI-focused selling style with excellent presentation and demo skills
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to independently generate pipeline and navigate complex sales cycles
  • Fluency in German and English, with excellent communication and storytelling skills

Responsibilities

  • Building and managing a high-quality pipeline of prospects through outbound strategies like targeted emails, LinkedIn engagement, and direct calls
  • Leading discovery conversations to understand how infrastructure teams manage inspection data and uncover how AI can unlock new value
  • Delivering tailored demos that clearly communicate our AI’s capabilities and ROI for technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Negotiating and closing new business, while ensuring a smooth handoff to our customer success team
  • Generating at least six self-sourced $25K+ opportunities monthly, maintaining a focus on high-value strategic accounts
  • Documenting your activity in HubSpot and using CRM data to forecast and improve performance
  • Collaborating with product and marketing to refine positioning and stay ahead of market trends in AI, infrastructure, and sustainability
