Requirements

  • Experience: 10+ years in technology roles, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML system design and deployment
  • Machine Learning Expertise: In-depth knowledge of ML algorithms, frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn), and tools for model development and optimization
  • System Architecture: Proven experience architecting and implementing large-scale AI/ML systems in cloud and on-premises environments
  • Programming Proficiency: Strong coding skills in Python, Java, or similar languages, with a focus on building scalable AI solutions
  • Data Engineering: Expertise in designing and managing data pipelines, storage systems, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Hadoop, Spark)
  • Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with a track record of leading AI/ML initiatives from ideation to production

Responsibilities

  • Architect AI Systems: Design scalable, high-performance AI and ML systems that meet business and technical requirements, ensuring they are secure, robust, and efficient
  • Research and Innovation: Lead research initiatives to explore emerging AI and ML technologies, contributing to the organizationโ€™s innovation pipeline and AI roadmap
  • System Integration: Develop strategies for integrating AI/ML solutions with existing enterprise systems, ensuring seamless workflows and data compatibility
  • Collaboration: Partner with technical experts and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable system designs and prototypes
  • Data Strategy: Define and implement data pipelines and architectures that support machine learning operations, ensuring data quality and accessibility
  • Governance and Compliance: Establish guidelines for AI implementations, security, and compliance with regulatory standards
  • Mentorship and Leadership: Mentor team members on AI/ML best practices and system architecture principles, fostering a culture of technical excellence

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
  • Experience with MLOps tools and frameworks (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker)
  • Familiarity with ethical AI principles and practices for responsible AI development
  • Knowledge of emerging AI trends such as Generative AI, federated learning, or edge AI
  • Certifications in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud with an AI/ML focus
