Requirements
- 5+ years of total experience
- 2β3+ years in program or project management, ideally in enterprise program management, project leadership, or digital transformation governance roles
- Experience working on complex cross-functional programs (preferably in AI, automation, or digital modernization)
- Familiarity with program management frameworks (Agile, hybrid, waterfall) and tools
- Proven ability to work across technical and non-technical teams and escalate strategically
- Executive-level communication and reporting skills
- Demonstrated success managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Ability to take direction or self-drive as the situation demands
- Willingness to learn and acquire technical expertise in the AI space
- Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time
- Willingness to flex responsibilities as necessary
- Demonstrated experience thriving in ambiguous environments
Responsibilities
- Establish program-level planning, governance, and operating cadences (e.g., QBRs, initiative reviews, milestone gates)
- Build and maintain dashboards that track AI program health across initiative portfolio (agentic and beyond)
- Define program frameworks for intake, prioritization, resourcing, and de-risking
- Conduct requirements gathering with Security, IT, Engineering, Product, Legal, Finance and HR to ensure AI is integrated responsibly
- Run daily/weekly/biweekly cross-team meetings to ensure executional alignment, surface blockers, and enforce timelines
- Own the development of reporting artifacts for the VP of AI Transformation and executive sponsors (e.g., roadmaps, OKRs, initiative scorecards, risk reports)
- Implement and maintain project management tools and platforms
- Define templates and guidance for business case development, status updates, and post-mortems
- Stay up to date on industry momentum in the AI space

Benefits
- The base compensation for this position in Denver, Colorado ranges between $121,000- $160,000 USD annually + applicable bonus
