Summary
Join CSC Generation as an AI & Workflow Automation Manager and lead the design and implementation of automation workflows and custom GPT-based tools. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify pain points and develop automation solutions, prototype and iterate quickly, and educate teams on automation adoption. This role requires experience building workflow automations using tools like n8n.io, Zapier, or similar, deep fluency with generative AI tools, and strong communication skills. You will report to the CEO of one of CSC’s portfolio brands and work directly with brand executives and platform teams. Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in product ops, technical operations, internal tools, or automation enablement
- Hands-on experience building workflow automations using tools like n8n.io , Zapier, Make.com , Retool, or similar
- Deep fluency with generative AI tools, including ChatGPT and prompt engineering
- Strong grasp of business operations and the ability to rapidly map and optimize workflows
- Experience integrating multiple systems (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, CRMs) into cohesive flows
- Comfortable with light scripting, API calls, or working with low-code platforms
- Strong communicator who can translate business needs into functional automation specs
- A mindset of experimentation, velocity, and constant improvement
Responsibilities
- Lead automation initiatives using platforms like n8n.io and ChatGPT Custom GPTs to eliminate repetitive, manual work
- Build and deploy end-to-end workflows that span tools like Google Sheets, Slack, email, and custom databases—triggered by structured inputs or AI-generated outputs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify pain points, map workflows, and develop automation candidates
- Prototype fast, iterate faster —ship working automation MVPs within days, not months
- Educate and empower teams to adopt and scale automations via documentation, training, and usage dashboards
- Continuously improve platform tooling by standardizing and evolving internal libraries of reusable automations and GPTs
- Report on outcomes —track time savings, efficiency gains, and adoption metrics
