Requirements

• Experience with AI/ML platforms and workflow automation tools (e.g., OpenAI, Zapier, UiPath)
• Proficiency in scripting or programming languages like Python or JavaScript
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively
• Familiarity with integrating AI workflows into tools like Asana, Slack, or enterprise systems
• Awareness of data privacy and security best practices in AI deployment
• A proactive mindset and enthusiasm for leveraging AI to solve challenges
• Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize administrative workflows across departments for AI-driven automation
• Design, test, and deploy agent-based workflows using AI platforms and tools
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure workflow efficiency improvements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand pain points and gather requirements for automation
• Train and support teams in adopting AI-powered tools to enhance their daily operations
• Maintain documentation for AI workflows, ensuring clarity and accessibility
• Partner with external AI platform providers to leverage the best tools and practices
