Requirements
- Experience with AI/ML platforms and workflow automation tools (e.g., OpenAI, Zapier, UiPath)
- Proficiency in scripting or programming languages like Python or JavaScript
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively
- Familiarity with integrating AI workflows into tools like Asana, Slack, or enterprise systems
- Awareness of data privacy and security best practices in AI deployment
- A proactive mindset and enthusiasm for leveraging AI to solve challenges
Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize administrative workflows across departments for AI-driven automation
- Design, test, and deploy agent-based workflows using AI platforms and tools
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure workflow efficiency improvements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand pain points and gather requirements for automation
- Train and support teams in adopting AI-powered tools to enhance their daily operations
- Maintain documentation for AI workflows, ensuring clarity and accessibility
- Partner with external AI platform providers to leverage the best tools and practices
