Requirements

  • Dental degree (DDS or DMD) with expertise in orthodontics and clear aligner therapy
  • Advanced knowledge of clear aligner treatment planning, including staging, attachments, and auxiliary techniques
  • Exceptional English communication skills for effective interaction with doctors, designers, and team members
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and train others
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and critical thinking
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with doctors and internal teams
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Willingness to work US hours
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote or office-based setting
  • Patience and attention to detail in troubleshooting complex clinical issues
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and approve treatment plans for clear aligner cases, ensuring predictability and adherence to clinical standards
  • Implement Dandy's alignment philosophy in treatment planning to optimize patient outcomes
  • Identify effective and predictable tooth movements and auxiliary techniques to enhance treatment efficacy
  • Conduct root cause analysis to address clinical issues and improve processes
  • Provide clinical consultations and support to doctors, ensuring clear communication and understanding of treatment plans
  • Lead training sessions for internal teams on clear aligner treatment planning, staging, attachments, and auxiliary techniques
  • Collaborate with designers to refine aligner designs based on clinical feedback
  • Analyze clinical data using tools like Excel to monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
  • Review doctor feedback and documentation, offering insights to enhance communication and treatment strategies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in data analysis and proficiency in Excel or similar tools
  • Problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization
  • Ability to work independently while fostering collaboration within a team environment
  • Familiarity with other areas of digital dentistry, including 3D printing or restorative design
  • 2 years of clinical experience with clear aligners
  • Clinical practice in orthodontics
