Alliance Specialist

Summary

Join Omada Health's Payer Access team as an Alliance Delivery Specialist and support a high-growth program for a strategic PBM partnership. You will establish and manage processes to ensure efficient delivery of resources and deliverables. Responsibilities include coordinating program optimization, monitoring changes to enhance quality, and contributing to achieving program goals. This role requires 5+ years of experience supporting complex healthcare programs and strong project management expertise. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential. Requirements

• 5+ years supporting complex healthcare programs and cross-functional teams
• Strong project management expertise with experience coordinating program resources, meetings, documentation, and timelines
• Exceptionally organized and detail oriented
• Excellent internal and external communication skills
• Ability to identify potential risks or issues and develop proactive solutions
• Capacity to both execute tasks and connect the dots to the complex bigger picture
• Passion for changing US healthcare
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

Responsibilities

• Establish and support program management tools to ensure deliverables, resources, and risks/issues are managed efficiently
• Document, support, and iterate processes required to meet program goals
• Coordinate internal and external meetings by creating agendas, taking and sending notes, and tracking action items with appropriate owners
• Support the Alliance Delivery Lead and Strategic Alliance Manager with critical tasks
• Contribute to regular program status updates to assess progress against goals
• Own select workstreams and projects end-to-end, from conception to execution
• Serve as core member of account team, providing external partners with a delightful experience collaborating with Omada

Preferred Qualifications

• Management consulting experience
• Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) and/or Health Plan experience
• Project management certifications (PMP, CAPM, Agile, etc)
