Requirements

  • 5+ years supporting complex healthcare programs and cross-functional teams
  • Strong project management expertise with experience coordinating program resources, meetings, documentation, and timelines
  • Exceptionally organized and detail oriented
  • Excellent internal and external communication skills
  • Ability to identify potential risks or issues and develop proactive solutions
  • Capacity to both execute tasks and connect the dots to the complex bigger picture
  • Passion for changing US healthcare
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

Responsibilities

  • Establish and support program management tools to ensure deliverables, resources, and risks/issues are managed efficiently
  • Document, support, and iterate processes required to meet program goals
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings by creating agendas, taking and sending notes, and tracking action items with appropriate owners
  • Support the Alliance Delivery Lead and Strategic Alliance Manager with critical tasks
  • Contribute to regular program status updates to assess progress against goals
  • Own select workstreams and projects end-to-end, from conception to execution
  • Serve as core member of account team, providing external partners with a delightful experience collaborating with Omada

Preferred Qualifications

  • Management consulting experience
  • Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) and/or Health Plan experience
  • Project management certifications (PMP, CAPM, Agile, etc)
