Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience at a strategy / management consulting firm; investment bank or corporation; Health Plan or related entity; or high-growth startup
- Expert in SQL to extract, summarize, and analyze large data sets
- Experience with data intelligence software such as Tableau/PowerBI/Looker
- Strong understanding of statistics and experience using Python/R for data analysis
- Advanced in Excel/Sheets
- Strong critical thinking and active listening skills to infer business needs, grasp underlying context, and translate goals to effective solutions
- Extract and transform datasets and synthesize insights into key findings
- Strong communication skills and business acumen, effectively managing multiple stakeholders (and their expectations) and translating for a range of audiences
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritize work assignments

Responsibilities
- Leverage technical skills in SQL to manipulate and analyze data, building scalable data solutions that support complex analytics
- Design and execute A/B tests, experiments, and other statistical analyses to assess campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop predictive models and segmentation strategies to enhance targeting, personalization, and customer journey optimization
- Create compelling data stories that effectively communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Translate business goals and objectives into metrics, grouping them into dashboards that align with existing operating models and contribute to a sound dashboard eco-system
- Monitor and report on key metrics, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across reporting tools and dashboards
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, while confidently engaging with leadership and independently pivoting and prioritizing as business needs evolve
- Act as an analytics SME and consultant to help internal teams understand how to leverage data insights for decision-making
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams on analytics driven initiatives
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing analytics to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative
