Requirements
- 4β7 years of experience in corporate strategy, investment banking, consulting, or FP&A in a technology or high-growth business environment
- Strong financial modeling and business case development skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel
- Deep analytical mindset with an ability to break down multi-dimensional business problems and communicate clear, data-supported recommendations
- Proven experience conducting complex quantitative analyses, synthesizing large datasets, and developing strategic recommendations that influence senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, apply structured thinking, and solve open-ended business problems
- Strong communication and executive presentation skills, including the ability to create materials for C-suite or board-level audiences
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
- Experience working in fast-paced or rapidly scaling organizations, with a track record of driving impact across cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dynamic revenue and strategic models to evaluate business performance, guide business decisions, and support scenario planning
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of markets and customer segments to inform product, pricing, and go-to-market strategies
- Collaborate cross-functionally to frame strategic questions, structure problem-solving approaches, and deliver actionable insights
- Lead special projects and deep-dive analyses aimed at identifying growth opportunities, operational improvements, and long-term value creation initiatives
- Apply structured thinking and data-driven logic to navigate ambiguous challenges and inform prioritization across strategic initiatives
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify trends or outliers, surface operational insights, and enable data-informed decision-making across cross-functional teams and senior leadership
- Communicate complex findings through compelling narratives and executive-level presentations, both written and verbal
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in or exposure to revenue strategy or revenue finance is highly preferred
- Strong attention to detail combined with a big-picture, systems-level thinking approach
- Interest in or knowledge of the cannabis industry, regulatory landscape, and evolving market dynamics
- Collaborative team player with strong business acumen and a bias toward action
- High degree of intellectual curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for solving complex business problems
