- Bachelorβs degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years post-undergraduate experience in any industry, healthcare preferred
- Project management or related experience that required attention to work stream progress, managing across multiple priorities, and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and client management skills
- Basic data and financial analysis skills
- Intermediate skills with MS Office Suite of products including Outlook and Teams
- You have the ability to work effectively in a primarily remote environment
- At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is required; wired to the house internet (Cable, Fiber, or DSL) and hardwired to the internet device is recommended
- Team Members must work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
Responsibilities
- Manage overall growth program activities
- Maintain and update pipeline trackers
- Document action items, assign owners, and monitor progress
- Facilitate meetings to prepare for and debrief from key pitches
- Prepare presentation materials for key clients
- Organize all documents and data related to key accounts
- Create comprehensive project plans and material for both internal and external clients
- Provide organizational status updates for the broader organization
- Develop basic financial pro formas to inform partnership discussions
- Record insights about changes in the competitive environment and share with stakeholders, including the strategy team and senior leadership
- Engage with potential clients to schedule meetings, request information, and address questions throughout the deal process
