Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years post-undergraduate experience in any industry, healthcare preferred
• Project management or related experience that required attention to work stream progress, managing across multiple priorities, and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and client management skills
• Basic data and financial analysis skills
• Intermediate skills with MS Office Suite of products including Outlook and Teams

Responsibilities

• Manage overall growth program activities
• Maintain and update pipeline trackers
• Document action items, assign owners, and monitor progress
• Facilitate meetings to prepare for and debrief from key pitches
• Prepare presentation materials for key clients
• Organize all documents and data related to key accounts
• Create comprehensive project plans and material for both internal and external clients
• Provide organizational status updates for the broader organization
• Develop basic financial pro formas to inform partnership discussions
• Record insights about changes in the competitive environment and share with stakeholders, including the strategy team and senior leadership
• Engage with potential clients to schedule meetings, request information, and address questions throughout the deal process
