Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field
• Have 3-5 years of experience in growth analytics, business intelligence, or a related analytical role
• Possess strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, Google Analytics, etc.)
• Have experience with pricing strategy development and market positioning
• Demonstrate an understanding of the professional investor space, including knowledge of customer needs and trends
• Possess strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for cross-functional teams
• Have a proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to execute data-driven strategies
• Be a self-starter with a growth mindset, capable of working in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Analyze Growth Areas: Collaborate with Product and Business Development (BD) teams to identify key growth opportunities, developing insights to optimize product offerings
• Conduct market research focused on customer needs, customer clusters, market trends, and competitor positioning
• Conduct customer segmentation analysis to identify high-value customer groups, ensuring targeted messaging and outreach
• Draft business cases for targeted campaigns, providing actionable recommendations and data-driven insights for the BD team
• Work with the BD, Marketing and Product teams to coordinate and execute campaigns that align with strategic growth initiatives
• Own pricing calculators to maintain desired margin levels
• Use data to track the effectiveness of growth initiatives, providing regular updates and recommendations for improvement
• Work closely with Product, BD, and Marketing teams to align growth initiatives and ensure data-driven decision-making

Preferred Qualifications

Have a strong passion for the blockchain industry (past work experience is a plus)
