Join Experian's Health Analytics Consulting team as a Manager, reporting to the Collection Consulting leadership. You will provide training and support to the Collection Optimization Consulting team, develop client engagement strategies for positive ROI, and maintain client satisfaction. Responsibilities include analyzing operational workflows, solving complex problems, and offering analytics consultancy using advanced knowledge of the Collection Optimization solution. You will manage your own client base, troubleshoot issues, and communicate solution value. This remote US-based role requires a Bachelor's degree or related experience, 8+ years in healthcare revenue cycle or self-pay collection, and 4+ years in a managerial role. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or related field experience
- 8+ years experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle or self-pay collection
- 4+ years of experience in a managerial role
- Experience supporting pre-sales opportunities, conducting return on investment analysis and presenting analysis to prospects
Responsibilities
- Coach, train, and aid in the personal career growth of the Collection Optimization Consulting team
- Participate in designing and executing client engagement strategies to ensure a positive ROI and maintain client satisfaction
- Analyze and develop complex operational workflow strategies, solve complex problems, and create best practice solutions to enhance the Collection Optimization product
- Offer analytics consultancy with an advanced understanding of the Collection Optimization solution, its functionality, and service offerings
- Develop collaborative relationships, support the consulting team in resolving client challenges, and ensure ROI discussions are executed
- Act as the main contact for assigned clients, independently troubleshoot and resolve issues, and communicate and document solution value to clients
