Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in analytics or a similar role, preferably within a SaaS or finance environment
- Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and analysis
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
- Proficient communication skills
Responsibilities
- Manage, innovate, and enhance data transformation processes
- Integrate diverse data sources like accounting platforms or HR tools
- Refine our data models
- Ensure data integrity and performance at the highest level
- Work closely with customers to identify their requirements, troubleshoot data issues, and collaborate with the engineering team to design robust data integrity tests
- Build and continuously enhance data transformations for new and existing data sources
- Improve performance of data models and transformations
- Design tests in collaboration with other teams to ensure data integrity
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of data models, ETL processes, and reporting frameworks for future reference
- Directly engage with the Customer Success team to understand their data transformation needs
- Troubleshoot and refine customer-specific data transformations
- Review the status of data integrations, assisting the customer success team
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to and interest in Finance, particularly in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R
- You like working with Excel/Google Sheets
