Remote Analytics Engineer

Summary

The job is for a data analyst at Passport, an international eCommerce solution. The role involves designing, building, and maintaining tools, bridging the gap between finance and tech teams, and performing various types of analyses. The ideal candidate has 1 year of experience in data extraction, processing, and visualization.

Requirements

• Professional level English Speaking/ Writing Capability
• Minimum 1 years experience extracting and processing data using SQL
• Fluency in Google Sheets and Excel functions
• Minimum 1 years experience utilizing data visualization software (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)
• Experience communicating between technical and non-technical teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain in-house tools, dashboards & reports to support various finance programs and projects
• Bridge the gap between the finance and the tech teams to create transparent processes
• Manipulate large data sets and perform various types of analyses ie. descriptive, prescriptive, inferential, causal, exploratory analyses, etc
• Document and maintain internal knowledge base articles and resources in Notion

Preferred Qualifications
