Summary

We are an AI-first, 100% remote team seeking an Analytics Engineer to collaborate with others, lead methodological definitions for KPIs, and design cross-domain analytical solutions. You will contribute to strategic decisions regarding the analytical platform and represent the Analytics Engineering discipline in data governance committees. Requirements
- Strong experience with SQL for analytical development and scalable data processing
- Hands-on experience with Databricks, including the development of business-oriented data marts and analytical models (desirable). Familiarity with PySpark
- Proficiency in data visualization tools, especially Qlik Sense and Tableau (On-Premises and Cloud)
- Experience managing and monitoring Qlik Sense On-Premises environments
- Knowledge of Qlik Sense mashups, ODAG, and Qlik Sense extensions
- Proven ability to design and build analytical dashboards and reusable data assets aligned with business logic and performance standards
- Familiarity with GitHub, and collaborative documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Notion, Markdown-based wikis)
- Ability to translate business requirements into governed, maintainable, and scalable analytical solutions
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other Analytics Engineers, actively sharing frameworks, best practices, and reusable components within the analytics chapter
- Lead methodological definitions for KPIs, metric standardization, and modeling conventions across the organization
- Design cross-domain analytical solutions that are interoperable and scalable beyond individual products or squads
- Contribute to strategic decisions regarding the evolution of the analytical platform, including naming conventions, data catalog structure, semantic layers, and observability tooling
- Represent the Analytics Engineering discipline in data governance, data quality, and data architecture committees, contributing to implement enterprise-level standards and guidelines
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Python automation is a plus
- Knowledge of AI agents is a strong plus
