Summary

Further is hiring an Analytics Lead (Privacy Analyst) with at least 5 years of career experience, including 2+ years in privacy, legal, compliance, or risk management roles. The candidate should have experience with GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, and other privacy regulations and hold a certification from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). In this role, the Analytics Lead will support the team in achieving business impact goals, communicate effectively with clients, participate in business development activities, build partnerships with clients, develop sustainable solutions, and mentor team members. Requirements

• 5+ years of overall career experience
• 2+ years of experience in privacy, legal, compliance, or a risk management role
• Experience with GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, and other privacy regulations
• IAAP certification in one of the following: CIPP (A/C/E/US), CIPM, CIPT

Responsibilities

• Support the alignment to scope, deliverables, and adherence to agreed-upon timelines to ensure the team is achieving business impact goals
• Communicate clearly and effectively with clients in both good and challenging situations
• Actively participate in business development activities, including client pitches, estimating work and creating project plans
• Create trusted partnerships with clients in order to consistently extend and expand our business relationships
• Develop sustainable solutions to share knowledge and experiences within the team
• Build the expertise of our team through mentoring, training, and sharing best practices
