Summary

Orange IT Services SA is seeking an Android Developer to join their team dedicated to designing and developing mobile applications for the Android platform. The candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in native Android app development (preferably with Kotlin), knowledge of various architectural patterns, problem-solving skills related to performance optimization, caching, security, and UI design using Jetpack Compose.

Requirements

• Have at least 3 years of experience in native Android app development (preferably with Kotlin)
• Solid knowledge of common architectural patterns, such as MVVM, MVI, clean architecture
• Ability to solve main performance, optimization, caching, security issues in an app
• Knowledge of UI design with Jetpack Compose
• Familiarity with Git
• Knowledge of principal dependency injection frameworks
• Good teamwork and collaboration skills
• English language proficiency

Responsibilities

• Participate in the analysis of requirements and the design of new applications
• Produce Android applications using state-of-the-art technologies
• Maintain, improve, and optimize existing apps
• Use system analytics and performance tracking to ensure product quality

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
• Kotlin Multiplatform for shared code development between Android and iOS
• Use of frameworks for unit and instrumentation tests (Mockito, Turbine, Espresso, Roboletric)
• Experience in web development (backend and frontend)
• Knowledge of standards for web services and No-SQL databases
